Component 1: Studies and consulting services provide financial assistance to Jamesian businesses seeking to initiate or pursue a circular economy project, in providing them with specialized external expertise.
Component 2: Equipment acquisition provides financial assistance for the purchasing of certain equipment for Jamesian businesses looking to implement a circular economy project.
The Local Intervention Measure enables the SADC de Matagami to initiate, support and/or finance promising collective projects on its territory that respond to one or more identified economic issues. SADC support via the MIL program is a non-refundable financial contribution granted as part of a partnership approach with project promoters.

The ConnexionMatagami.com and ConnexionRadisson.com websites aim to facilitate access to information on your local businesses and services, and to support networking between volunteers and the expressed needs of the community.
THE SADC Matagami has set up an essentially digital local purchasing campaign. As part of this initiative, three short videos were created on Matagami’s general milieu, family activities as well as the entrepreneurial aspect. Each vignette focuses on the various benefits of buying locally.
