- Maximum investment of $300,000 per company
- Loan terms: for primary, secondary and tertiary sectors
- Investment in the form of capital stock
- Competitive interest rate based on project risk
- Administration fee: $20 to open file and 1% of loan amount
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- Minimum 10% down payment
- Financial structure with risk-sharing between stakeholders and promoter
- Project demonstrates reasonable profitability prospects
